Following a beautiful ceremony surrounded by close family and friends, I headed off with Pierre and Sandy to Toronto’s harbourfront for some quick photos. Parking was impossible, as always the case in downtown Toronto, so both my car and the limousine had to park in a tow zone. With only a few minutes to work with, we managed to get some of our most favorite photos of 2010.
I’ve been so excited to share these photos since that beautiful summer day when I shot them. The timing was great, we got to the park just in time for nice afternoon shots. I had worked with Peter and Maggie before, so they were already warmed up to my camera, and I was able to get one great shot after another. Best of all, although this was a big day for them, they seemed at ease, and there wasn’t a hint of stress in the air.

To compliment our unique services, we reached out to our designers and good friends at PH Design and Illustration for new cards. The result is a business card that defines our visual identity. The front of the card is beautifully decorated with our motif, and the back of the card has 6 different versions showcasing our work. Clients that have been to my office recently can’t resist but take all 6 different cards. We’re pretty excited about them, and by the way things are going, it looks like we might have to make another print run soon. NJPQQQRKFTJQ

7 jobs to finish in 5 months. That’s where we’ve been the last while. So let’s get straight to it and start things off with a bang. While we were in the car with Maggie and Peter heading downtown to take a few shots for their pre-engagement, we passed by the Toronto Buttonville Municipal Airport. I threw out there the idea that I’d love to shoot there, and I asked Peter if he knew anyone who worked there. He quickly pulled into the airport’s packing lot, and said that he was going in to look for someone in there that he knows. Five minutes later, he came out and said, “C’mon let’s do it.” We didn’t have a lot of time inside, but we got to take some great shots next to single and double engine small planes which gave these shots a unique flavor.
